Chai Therapy.

Nothing makes me smile as the aroma of freshly brewed tea changing its colour as it boils in the pot. I like my tea to be strong—extra boiled with less sugar and less milk. It’s dark and that is exactly what I like about it. Over the years, I have had many people tell me that dark tea is not a great choice and to them, I have always said, “You don’t know anything about right choices.” Chai has been a part of my life since I was 5 or 6 years old. The first time I brewed tea all on my own, I was 9 and my father was so proud, he gave me a 10-rupee note which is still tucked away safely in my wallet. And since then, chai has become a part of my soul. Chai adds a sense of relief in everything and it makes life just a little better. Chai is therapy. One sip and everything feels all right.
